Assets outlook
Link assets to the platform by ICCID or IMSI and upload them manually via CSV files. Assets are organised into ICC and IMSI batches for a clear overview.
// ONBOARDING
Adding assets
Add new assets by CSV once the asset provider — an MNO or reseller — is known to the platform and API integration is complete. On upload, assets are linked to their operator or provider.

Batches & splitting
Uploaded assets are presented in batches that can be split as needed, re-joined to the original batch, and then assigned down to your partners.
// PARTNERS
Partners, up to 4 tiers
Manage partners as resellers, customers or end-users across up to four hierarchies. Drill into any partner account to view it as that user, then step back up. Each partner can split and re-assign batches further down the chain.

Live asset information
Open any SIM’s details to change its status, cancel location, restart or send SMS. View the connected network, usage, device info, network technology and a full history of administrative activity — with back-office top-up and voucher allocation.

eCommerce shop
Each partner can sell their assigned assets through their own shop, linked by API (WooCommerce today, Shopify planned). Manage plans, add-ons, IMSI↔ICC links and coverage via CSV — edit, delete or overwrite anytime.

A cloud-based support desk built on osTicket. Open tickets, set alerts and post updates from the platform, with linked emails, to fully support your customers.
